MacBook won’t run Spore Creature Creator

Though the game says it’s for PC and Mac you better check your specs really good before installing the game because Maxis wasn’t kidding about what graphics cards are not compatible. I have two family members with Macbooks and they tried to install the Spore Creature Creator and they couldn’t get past the galaxy screen. An email from Maxis confirmed that the graphics card was not compatible. If you have a newer high end Mac with Leopard, you should be able to play.

This game will not run on PowerPC (G3/G4/G5) based Mac systems (PowerMac).
