That’s why I use ProFlowers.com

Flowers are delivered fast and almost always last twice as long as other florist arrangements.

I’m sorry your flowers weren’t delivered due to a snafu with FTD and definitely agree with the advice to call a local florist and deal with them directly.

To Phluid, perhaps you don’t realize that sending through ProFlowers.com to a funeral service means the family has to make their own flower arrangement. ProFlowers only ships bunched-up flowers in boxes so they’re quite inappropriate to send as an expression of sympathy to a mortuary, church or cemetery.

If you don’t know of a good florist in the town where you need to send funeral flowers, ask the mortuary for a few recommendations since they see all the work from the local shops.

Dugg. :)
