Happy New Year

Another new year is upon us. There are lots of exciting events happening this year including the long anticipated release of Spore. It’s a game that I’ve been waiting three years to play. I’ve never never waited for a game to come out much less waited for this long. When I first found out about the game, I found the information on the Sims2 forum and I clicked a link to Gaming Steve. The forum was three days old and I signed up and decided to participate and find out what all the excitement was about. I quickly became an active member and before the year was up, I was asked to be a moderator. I’d never been one before but I quickly found out that it wasn’t that hard and I enjoyed it. I’ve now been a member for almost 3 years and a moderator for two. I’ve met alot of great people I never would have met otherwise and I’ve played games I never would have known about. I’ve learned how to draw and color in a paint shop program, how to run a forum, a blog site and make a wiki. I look forward to the future and Spore and good things to come. Cheers!
